Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 190 grams of Crisco (shortening)
- 230 grams of sugar
- 180 grams of brown sugar
- 5 milliliters of vanilla extract
- 1 eggs
- 370 grams of peanut butter
- 430 grams of all-purpose flour
- 10 milliliters of baking soda
- 1 grams of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- In a mixer cream the shortening, sugars, and vanilla.
- Next beat in the eggs.
- Stir in the peanut butter followed by the dry ingredients.
- Form into balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Then press the balls with a fork twice to make a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes
