Peanut Butter Cookies

Day 5

Ingredients

  • 190 grams of Crisco (shortening)
  • 230 grams of sugar
  • 180 grams of brown sugar
  • 5 milliliters of vanilla extract
  • 1 eggs
  • 370 grams of peanut butter
  • 430 grams of all-purpose flour
  • 10 milliliters of baking soda
  • 1 grams of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. In a mixer cream the shortening, sugars, and vanilla.
  3. Next beat in the eggs.
  4. Stir in the peanut butter followed by the dry ingredients.
  5. Form into balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Then press the balls with a fork twice to make a crisscross pattern.
  6. Bake for approximately 10 minutes
