Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 360 grams of all purpose flour
- 5 grams of baking soda
- 5 grams of salt
- 228 grams of softened butter
- 340 grams of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 170 grams of granulated sugar
- 160 grams of light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 milliliters of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl
- Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixer until creamy
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each
- Gradually beat in flour mixture
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Place on ungreased baking sheets and bake until golden brown (approximately 9 minutes)
